It is made of 2mm sheet metal, cut, folded, welded and painted in Bas-Rhin, Alsace.
With its side flames and its 40x40x3cm Soufflenheim refractory stone cooking surface, you can cook all our formats of flammekueche and pizza.
The first wood-fired oven in the range, consisting as standard of an oven section with high-temperature paint, a stand with four casters, and a 50cm chimney with a cap. The stand, legs, and casters are supplied as a kit and require assembly.
