We are the wood-fired flammekueche specialists! We offer a variety of ingredients for tarte flambée : homemade tarte flambée base, cream, bacon, onions, grated cheese, Munster cheese, mushrooms… as well as ingredients for making your own pizzas: homemade dough, tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, chorizo, merguez sausage… You can also find various accessories and wood-fired ovens, all 100% made in Alsace, on our website.
Please note that we can travel to your home within a 30 to 50 kilometer radius of Sélestat to delight your guests with delicious tarte flambée! We prepare your flammekueches in a wood-fired oven at your home, using all the necessary ingredients and equipment! Don't hesitate to contact our team!
