We come to your home with all the ingredients and equipment you need to make delicious tarte flambée. We only charge for what you eat, so you can enjoy the experience with your loved ones.

We arrive 1 hour before the desired meal time and stay approximately 2 hours for cooking.

We do not provide the service; it is up to you to ensure this. The details of the organization and the order quantities will be determined no later than the Wednesday preceding the service.

Prices are fixed and cannot be revised until the date of the service.

  • 3 to 4 brasserie tables for preparing the tarts.
  • A parking space near the oven and a 220 V 16 A grounded power outlet for connecting the refrigerated vehicle.
  • You check whether the installation of the wood-fired oven is authorized.
