Regular price €510,70 The "SCHLOP" oven will cook your flammekueche and pizza using wood fire for extra flavor.
It is made of 3mm sheet metal, cut, folded, welded and painted in Bas-Rhin, Alsace.
It allows the flames to pass through the sides with a cooking surface on Soufflenheim refractory stone measuring 40x40x3cm, allowing it to accommodate all our shapes of flammekueche and pizza.
This is the first wood-fired oven in the range made of 3mm wood.
The "SCHLOP" comes standard with a high-temperature painted oven section, a four-wheeled stand, and a 50cm chimney with a chimney cap. The wheeled stand is supplied as a kit and requires assembly.
