Smooth and fruity, Vivala Blanche is an unfiltered wheat beer true to the German hefeweizen style. A lovely, rich attack with banana and clove flavors gives way to a spicy freshness, then to a light lemony acidity: the overall effect is delicate, pleasant to drink, and very low in bitterness.
